Return Requirements

• Initiate a golf cart return within 3 days of purchase.
• It must be returned in brand new condition.
• Free of scratches and/or defects.
• All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documents must be included.
• No writing or labels on the packaging or merchandise.

Refunds

Our team will notify you via e-mail of your refund amount breakdown and status.Once we have received, inspected, and processed the returned cart your refund will be issued. Capt Jim Golf Carts will hand deliver you a check for the refund amount.
